  • Designed Power Transformer Tanks and external assemblies (conservator, cooler bank, piping) using Creo Parametric.
  • Validated structural integrity by conducting Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for pressure, vacuum, lifting, and jacking load cases.
  • Prepared customer drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and cable wiring diagrams; managed ERP material ordering.
  • Ensured design compliance with international standards such as CBIP, CEA, and IEC.
  • Resolved shop floor and site issues by collaborating with vendors, Quality, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
